It was perfect

We booked our holiday through The Ticket Company Ltd and the customer service agents were helpful and friendly throughout. We gave them our dates and our ideal itinerary and they were able to make our dream holiday happen for us, within our budget. Our drivers and tour guides were excellent. They were punctual and informative and they made sure we had the perfect experiences in every place. They couldn’t have done anything more for us. The accommodation was perfect and The Ticket Company Ltd made sure that we were catered for as we have a special diet. Absolutely everything went to plan and either met or exceeded our expectations. We are delighted with the service we got and we had the most wonderful holiday in fabulous Kenya.
