Ticket company has been a good partner to Biblica for several years now. They definitely go over and beyond the call of duty.
I remember when my colleagues were stuck in Ukraine, we learned of their predicament on a Friday night. On calling our travel partners, ticket company, they responded, at that time of the night and treated as their problem.
No one, not even the Managing Director, is too ‘big’ to handle the issues that often assail international travelers.
