Rift Valley Academy has worked with the Ticket Company for several years.  Each year, we have about 200 students who need to travel back & forth to Kenya for the beginning & end of our 3 school terms.  The team at the Ticket Company have always come through with competitive rates for our student’s flights.  They are very responsible, reliable & helpful in helping to arrange these flights for our students, as we look to fit their departure & arrival times within our travel policy.  The team there is detail orientated, competent & very organized.  They follow the procedures that our school has set up for billing & issuing tickets.  They respond quickly to emails & I always know that they are only a phone call away. They also think about details like unaccompanied minors, frequent flyer numbers, group rates, ticketing deadlines, and so much more.  The team there makes my job so much easier & it is such a joy to partner with them as we serve our families & students here at Rift Valley Academy.  I know they are always on my side & are very willing to help in whatever way they can. They take their jobs seriously & are genuinely concerned for the safety & well-being of their customers.  I couldn’t do my job without them!
