I would like to take this opportunity to thank The Ticket Company, in particular, Mimi and Kumar for the years of service they have been to my family. We have been using the Ticket Company for all our travel in country and international for the past 14 years.

With a large family spread over three continents our travel has been varied and usually complicated as we try to coordinate with each other. We are also missionaries and have needed cheap fares. Mimi and Kumar have found us great missionary fares, and worked to get us the maximum number of bags allowed to accommodate us and our needs.

We have submitted our travel needs to The Ticket Company often with vague travel dates and complicated itineraries. Mimi and Kumar have then very politely and timely given us multiple options from which to choose. Usually we make numerous changes before finally deciding on the best dates and pricing option.

Mimi and Kumar have been very pleasant, patient, helpful, and understanding with us and have given us good counsel that we have always trusted and appreciated.
As would be expected we have also had to make last minute changes, rush orders, cancellations, and even a complicated medical emergency travel ticket when I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and had to immediately travel to the States for surgery. In all of these situations Mimi and Kumar have helped us navigate these changes and specific needs, and they have done it promptly, courteously, and tirelessly until all the details have been finalized.

In summary we are extremely grateful to The Ticket Company for all their help with our many and varied travel needs. It is a pleasure to work with them and we would not go anywhere else.
