The Ticket Company has taken great care of our family for years. They have patiently helped us with international travel plans, even when those plans changed frequently. Recently, however, I was more thankful than ever for our personal relationship with Mimi and Kumar at the Ticket Company. While on holiday in Jinga, Uganda our son broke his ankle and needed to be flown back to Kenya that same day. I tried calling the airline to book a flight, but they were not able to help me.
Then I called Kumar, and she was able to assist us, contact the airline, and make sure he caught the flight after a 3 hour drive to Entebbe. We were so grateful for their personal attention! I told many people after that how glad I was that instead of booking our flights online, we actually had someone we could call and speak to when we were in need. Thank you Ticket Company!
